This gated community was designed by the Brascho family in the mid 2000's. After the market crash, the project stalled until we purchased the remaining available land. We added custom, waterfront town homes overlooking Logan Martin Lake. Later, four high-end single family homes were built on the remaining lots. All homes were purchased before completion. This community offers gates for security, common swimming pools, and floating boat docks.
